Irregular Period With Didelphous Uterus. Can I Conceive Naturally?
hello doctor , i am 29 yrs old woman. i got married 4 yrs back and till now didn t conceive at all. i am having a didelphous uterus . and also an irregular periods of 30 to 45 days cycle (it goes on varying in different months). can i conceive naturally? what can i do to regularize my menstrual cycle at home? is there any exercise or food habit for that?
