Irregular Period, Ferritin And Hemoglobin Level Abnormal. Taken Iron Injections. Am I Ovulating?

Hello please help !im a 16 year old girl and earlier this year my periods have become irregular (i used to have a normal cycle) it then became 50 days and now i have not got a period in roughly 6 months. My ferratin were 4 and my haemoglobin was 11.4 when i got blood tests.
I do alot of sports and enjoy keeping fit but i have cut down , my friends and family say i need a greater calorie intake also.
I want to know when will my periods return (ive also gotten 5 iron injections and take iron tablets daily)
Im pretty sure its not pregnancy but can you tell me when my periods will return ?
And am i ovulating or not right now (i have a low body body fat)

Hi Good day. You need an ultrasonogram pelvis to rule out any ovary dysfunction. You should also do a thyroid function test. Consult your doctor to check for this major causes which can be easily treated at an early stage.
