Irregular period. Bulky ovaries, small follicles. Do I have PCOD?

Hai Dr. I am 22 years now. I have an irregular periods now. My scanning report shows that Right ovary is slightly bulky with few small follicle largest follicle in the right ovary measuring 13 mm size. Left ovary slightly bulky with few small follicles, no dominant follicle and no focal lesion . i would like to know whether it is PCOD and how can i cure this.

your symptoms are most likely to be because of pcod, other symptoms of pcod are over weight ,facial hair, as you mentioned about irregular period i the other symptom associated with pcod. this disease can easily be controlled with early detection and right medications. you should start your treatment as soon as possible, because as your weight starts increasing it becomes tougher to control the disease ,and also you will start getting facial hair if it has not started. so got to a gynecologist and he will guide you futher
