Good Day
If you aren't having regular menstruation, there could be a problem with your ovaries. You need t get examined by your Gynaecologist as PCOS is common in girls your age. You can refrain from fatty diet. Also consume fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Exercise daily. Try to relax as stress can also postpone your cycles. Do Yoga, Pranayam, Deep breathing exercises. Get your ultrasound done to confirm by your Gynaecologist. GOOD LUCK !!!! Keep me posted on your health.
