Irregular Menstrual Periods Post Surgical Delivery, Prolonged, Excessive Bleeding. How To Regain Normal Monthly Periods?

i am a lady age- 31 yrs, having my first baby boy of 1 year & 8months. since my surgical delivery my monthly menstrual period became irregular. but as i used native medicine regularity gone, but since then i am getting prolonged and excess bleeding and weakness in my body. what shall i do to get normal monthly period? would you please help me in this regard?

Well come to HCM
Because of hormone imbalanced then this could cause irregular menses, this may come around on its own but not sure for time period this could take long time hormone medicines would be helpful but this is not advisable, unless it is being indicative, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
