Irregular Loose Motions. Why Are There Black Spots In Them?

Hi Doctor, 1. loose motion since a week, it is not regular (means, sometime constipation , sometimes quit normal ). 2. have 99.3 temperature only if i sleep in the afternoon; 3. excess of heat and gastric sensation; 4. since a day; appearance of black spots in the motion; and very rare blood appearance; 5. thirsty most of the time, ear & head ache (very rare); 6. Blood Pressure is 70 by 100. Please help, consulted a doctor, probably his tablets caused puck-ish sensation. Not able to understand or get rid of the problem!!!!!

hi dear, sometimes constipation, sometimes loose motion or sometimes normal may be chronic constipation or chronic diarrhea or chronic dyspepsia due to incomplete treatment. it may be due to indigestion or infected or dyspeptal diarrhea or amoebic dysentery or bacillary dysentery. 2ndly your temperature is not so high and it is for your gastro intestinal tract infection. 3rdly the causes of heat and gastric sensation are same. 4rthly may be due to piles or bacillary dysentery. 5thly may be due to allergy of your medicines or any food taken. 6thly your bp is 100/70 mmof hg. bp varies age to age. here i can't get your age. but don't worry. your doctor must help you. your doctor may advised you to take a stool test. then according to report and clinical test your doctor advised you medication and diet. get well soon.
