Irregular Cycle, Have Frequent Urination, Headaches, Painful Cramps, Sore Nipples, Back, Excessive Hunger, Negative Pregnancy Test Post Unprotected Sex. What Could This Be?

i need help to determine what am going through right now..am sexualy active for the past couple of weeks and were not using protections and lately am getting most of the symptoms of being pregnant .ive been urinating like crazy, i get headaches once or twice everyday, cramps so painful, sore nipples , no vomitting, back pain , eating a lot lately than i used too and i have irregular menstrual cycle ..i took a pregnancy test yesterday and its negative..can any one help me with this dilemma...

welcome to HRM,
May be you can specify more about your Menstrual irregularity. You must write down the date in your diary for day one of your period. See the difference between two consecutive periods. if the interval is between 23 days to 32 days, your cycle is regular. You may compare with your own previous period.
Other symptoms could be because of Cystitis, urinary tract infection, or PID, These are important causes of frequency of urine, cramps and backache. Your increased appetite could be because of your great desire to become pregnant.
You must go to see the Doctor, who will examine you, and confirm or rule out pregnancy, and treat for infection. You should also ask her the ways to prevent this infection to avoid recurrence.
