Hi Manjunath,

Problems of irregular motions happen due to irregular eating habits and inadequate consumption of water.

You need to eat regularly at regular intervals, eat a diet rich in fibre like fruits and vegetables. These help in digestion.

Restrict taking hard food like roti and parathas. Continue to take bananas as you said.

Important thing is do not hold an urge to pass motions. Evacuate your bowel as and when you feel the need.

Please consume plenty of fluids like water, fruit juices and tender coconut water.

You do not need any medications as you have no organic cause detected.

Get well soon.
