Intestinal Gas, Bowel Movements, Cramps, Diarrhea. History Of Pelvic Reconstruction. What Is This?

I had an unusual problem. I had a lot of intestinal gas, bowel movement, cramps, and diarrhea. When I looked , I something very thin dangle from my rectum, which was very thin. I also noticed when it was in the water, some of the feces had left, and the color was a white color. The width of this was pencil point thin. I have had in the past year and 1/2 the pelvic reconstruction. I have been told that I must take milk of magnesia daily. I have a very long colon, and need to keep from getting a blockage. I do not know what this was. I have had spinach, and thought at first this was an elongated piece swallowed whole (canned spinach). Can you give me some insight as to what this might be?

Hi, many thanks for the query!
Well, the description suggests that its a worm infestation.
You need to do- Hb, CBC, ESR, USG (Abdo-Pelvis), Stool (Culture & Sensitivity), Look for parasites.
Take anti-spasmodics, anti-helmintic drugs, Albendazole/mebendazole, pain killers, anti-biotics as per stool report.
Drink plenty of water (also ORS).
Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Regards.
