Dear GAUTAM, all the Myths on masturbation is due to unscientific knowledge by road side sex education, all the time all professionals repeatedly say that masturbation doesn't causes any weakness and loss of body energy. what you are complaing is general weakness mostly due to poor diet. take health food and start light exercise muscle tone needs exercise not masturbation affects it nor diet or any medicine improve it along with good diet take protein supplement I can suggest you Pulmocare powder. 2 scoops daily. you take some appetizer to improve you appetite and start with light exercise will do LOT . DON'T GET DEPRESSED YOU ARE YOUNG HOW CAN BE A YOUNG MAN WEAK....
