Intermittent, Sudden Stabbing Pain Above Right Temple Spreading Till Behind The Right Ear. Reason?

I HAVE A SUDDEN STABBING PAIN ABOVE MY RIGHT TEMPLE THAT SPREADS AROUND BEHIND MY RIGHT EAR BEFORE IT BEGINS TO EASE UP. THESE PAINS ARE INTERMITTENT AND LAST FOR MAYBE FIFTEEN TO TWENTY MINUTES. i HAVE NO WARNING BEFORE HAND . WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE? SHOULD i BE CONCERNED? IF i HAS THE MONEY TO GO TO THE DOCTOR i WOULD NOT BE LOOKING ONLINE FOR HELP

Thanks for query.
It seems that you are having acute infection in your right ear (Acute Otitis Media ),giving this problem.
Take some antibiotic like Azzithromycin ans anti inflammatory medicines.
Put antibiotic drops in your right ear.
