Intermittent Headaches, Difficulty In Peripheral Vision, Milky Discharge From Nipples, No Menses. Have Undergone Bilateral Tubal Ligation Post Delivery. Cause?

i am a 35 year old woman that has a milky discharge from both of my nipples. I underwent a bilateral tubal ligation after the birth of her last child, and my pregnancy test is negative. I have not had a menstrual period for the last 8 months. i have been getting intermittent headaches and some difficulty with my peripheral vision .
