Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The rate response to exercise is normal / exercise tolerance is good
Reduced compliance is probably from your weight training / need no concern / repeat after an year; follow up with your cardiologist
RBBB is likely from birth / and with no clues in ECHO, is harmless and incidental finding

Take care
God bless
Good luck
