Intense Weight Training, Have RBBB, High Heart Rate. Echo Report Said. Reason?
Hi I am a male 55 yrs extremely active, working out d days a week, 3 days intense weight training, 3 days hit intervel training, when i reach a herat beat of 175-180. Recently my echo report says good left ventricular systilic function with reduced diastolic compliance. I have RBBB which was detected 17 years back. Pl advise.
The rate response to exercise is normal / exercise tolerance is good Reduced compliance is probably from your weight training / need no concern / repeat after an year; follow up with your cardiologist RBBB is likely from birth / and with no clues in ECHO, is harmless and incidental finding
Take care God bless Good luck
