HI.
First of all Menstrual cycle has no association what so ever with any Kinda of tooth aches. Maximally it can lead to some gum problems like Bleeding on brushing, some sort of soft swelling or mild pain, that is related to changes in hormonal levels in female body upon Menstruation.

Sometimes it is not possible for persons to exactly localize the offending tooth. for this you must visit a dentist, who can better visualize your teeth from inner side, to see if ther is something like decayed tooth or abraded/ broken teeth.

Pain gettign worsen at night is definitely a stronger sign for some dental disese invloving pulp (Tissue inside the teeth). Get proper consultaions and if needed Xrays to exactly localize the tooth/ teeth
