hello doctor, there is intense itching,and burning in my vaginal wall since one week, i tried applying clocip-b cream after washing the effected area with v-wash but all in vain. i have also developed some inner swelling in my lower stomach. i m taking fluka-150 every 4th day and vit-b tablets thrice a day but nothing is effective.
please suggest some medicines that can give me instant relief.

The drug Clocip-B contains two active ingredients Beclomethasone Dipropionate and Clotrimazole former one local steroid to reduce inflammation and latter one is anti fungal drug, as most of the itchy vaginal problems are mostly due to fungal infection.
The latter drug Fluka 150 tablet is also a antifungal drug, fluconazole which acts from inside the body via blood.
The above drugs takes time to have their action, maybe 2-4 days ,till that period, you should take some anti histaminic drugs from your nearby family physician/ drug store to control itching !!
