Intense Headache, Chest Pressure, Dizziness, Nausea, Fatigue. What Could Be This?
Hello, my mother is very sick.
For a month now she has had a very intense headache "behind her head", chest pressure, dizziness, can't see straight at times, trouble concentrating, nausea and fatigue... My father is convinced it is due to sinuses, but she has taken tons of medication without relief. Also tried salt water gargles etc. Her doctor doesn't know what's wrong either.
What could this be?

this could be a migraine, or a cluster headache or even an isolated bening raised intracranial hypertension. better to consult a neurologist and get an MRI of brain done to know the exact causative.
