Instant Pressure Headache, Blurred Vision Post Car Accident Followed By Burning And Tingling In Arms And Fingers. Remedy?

I was in a car accident. I wasn t very hard but I had an instant pressure headache on the right side of my face with blurred vision . two days later burning down the right side of my back and right arm with tingling in my fingers. I don t remember hitting my head my chiropractor is not addressing my headaches . the pressure never goes away and I am really getting scared. What should I do?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Your symptoms suggest that you have also suffered a cervical spine injury, in addition to head injury. This can be confirmed by doing an MRI of the cervical spine, which could show a pinched nerve in the neck. This would explain the neck pain, and tingling in the arm and fingers.

For the time being, medications such as pregabalin capsules would help you.

A CT scan of the brain should also be done to exclude any internal bleeding, even though the chances of that are very low.
