Inoperable Acetabular Fracture, Dementia. What Are The Goals Of Rehab?

85 yo female with inoperable acetabular fracture s/p fall. Dementia (alert to name and place only), HTN, CAD, previous MI. Internist and orthopod want to send her to rehab after discharge from hospital. Patient is insisting on going back home. We tend to agree with her and are planning to get a hospice consult.
