Inner side of knee swollen, have black and blue line, severe pain, hurts when bent. Reason?

I pulled my acl and mcl and hamstrings almost a year ago and for the last couple of weeks the inner side of my knee is swollen right where your knee bends and I have a black and blue line down it. Going back to my knee doc on Tuesday but what can this be? I have been having horrible nonstop pain again and hurts when I bend

The pain and the color changes in the area is suggestive of a haematoma formation in the area. It can be related to an inflammation or a repeated injury. An MRI scan is necessary for proper diagnosis.
