Injured Ankle And Elbow After A Fall. Pain In The Shoulder. Pulled Muscle Or Pinched Nerve?

I recently injured my left ankle and right elbow from a fall. I am on crutches. Yesterday when I was using my crutches I got a sudden sharp pain in my left shoulder down to my elbow. But it only hurts when I move in a certain position ex if I'm in a sitting position and lean of to reach for something or anytime of pressure on the shoulder. Could this be a pintched nerve or pulled muscle. No numbness or tingling just a quick sharp pain and as soon as I move from that position pain is gone and maybe left with a little ache.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the shoulder could be due to a soft tissue injury in the area due to the impact or there may be an injury to the internal structures of the shoulder joint. If the pain is persistent then do consult an orthopedician.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
