these are enery producing
we have three components in food proteins fats and carbohyderates
proteins are needed to build body tissues
carbohyderates give day to day energy for working oforgans
and fats there are different types high calorie low calories which are e; phospholipids, sterols, essential fatty acids, triglycerides and fatty acids
these are deposited around the various tssue to give insulation to them and prevent damage
when we do not take proteins and carbohyderates the reserve fat is burned to produce energy to body tissue and organs
so that organ system can work for few days even if we dont eat food

Dear sir/madam

These phospholipids, sterols, essential fatty acids, triglycerides and fatty acids form a vital component in the body
These are needed in cell membranes, intestines, enzymes and even fat soluble vitamins needs these components to be present for adequate absorption.
Along with these we need omega 3 fatty acids which also anti oxidant.
These should be taken in the sufficient as these form building blocks along with the proteins

Thanks
