Infection, Pain In Penis Front, Increases During Masturbation. Started After Gallbladder Removal, Taking Ursocol. Treatment?

I am having some infection in front part of my penis . I can feel the pain when I hold it . it increases when i masturbate . initially top portion of the skin also shows some infection , i used some antifungal cream and it got clean . I still have pain in the internal part of penis ( under skin) .
It all started after my gallbladder removal and billary stenting for CBD stones. now the stent is removed 4 days ago the pain still persists. I am also on a dosage of URSOCOL 450 mg tablet for gallstones treatment.

Continue your gall stone treatment.
Take proper local care,use medicated soap to clean.
You can apply cream containing anti fungal.antibacterial and steroid.
Start oral antibiotic under guidance of your doctor.
Take nsaid to subside pain and inflammation.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
