Hi,
you got Taenia corporis probably secondary bacterial infection
the symptoms flares up because fungal antigens are released giving rise to id reactions

its better to use antihistamine(FEXO 120 mg twice a day) with FLUz150mg once a week for 6 weeks and apply topically 1%SEBIFIN twice a day
I find this answer helpful
