Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic.Thank you for the query. Yes,it is possible to live without pancreas because its function can be replaced by certain drugs. She ll need to take enzymes and insuline till the rest of her life, but quality of life is not very affected. She just need to be patient and be aware that musch serious consequances may happen if pancreatitis progresses, even the worst thing. Wish you good health. Regards
