Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
It is better to use Acyclovir for 5 days with the advice of your doctor.
YOU MAY ALSO USE an Antibiotic ointment over the raw areas to prevent secondary infection.
Take one antihistaminic like cetrizine for cold and sedation.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose.
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required.
Take care
