Infant With Tiny Red Papules On Finger Webs Of One Hand. Which Medicines Should Be Used?
Hi, I am a navy medic and i believe my 1yr son may have scabies . i ve only noticed it this morning but he has tiny red papules in the webs of his fingers on his left hand only. i have no obvious reasons for contact with anything and being 1 he s not complaining of itching. The only cream i have in the house is fucidin but i m reluctant to try that without advice.

Your son is probably not having scabies ,apply fucidin H cream for 2days ,if not respond then ask for fungal scrapping If comes negative wait for other symptoms to appear in him. Let me know after that.
