Infant With Persistent Fever, Has Tooth Eruption, Taken Paracetamol. What Else Can Be Done?

Hi doctor,my baby of 4 months old is having a fever of 100.4 f i am thinking maybe she will be having her first tooth and i get nervous.i already gave her paracetamol since last night but still she has a fever.please help me.thank you

Your baby might have some systemic infection,viral or bacterial.
Do not wait and consult your doctor and get her examined.
After examination he will prescribe medicine.
