Hi
Three different problems in same query!
For the 70 days old child- If he is on exclusive breast feeds, he may pass stools less frequently. But it does not cause any problem as the stools are soft.
If he is formula feeds- check if you give in right dilution- as too much of powder with less water can cause such problem. In that case give in right dilution, and adequate amounts. You may also give him water in between.
You may give him concentrated sugar solution twice or thrice daily.
If he is straining while passing stools and the stools are hard, its better to have him seen by a Pediatrician- and get him treated.
For the 3 yr old, if he is attending day care/ play group he can get frequent infections. Upto 6 to 8 episodes of
upper respiratory infection are common.
Just give him a healthy diet- that includes lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Teach him hand hygiene.
Give all the necessary vaccines to him.
You may also ask your doctor for a
micronutrient supplementation for a couple of months.
If his weight gain is okay and he is active- do not worry much.
For yourself- if you use your laptop for a long time, there are chances that your eyes will get tired, red soon. Since you already have a refractory error, you must use your glasses all the time.
Blink frequently while using laptop.
Take a break for few min every hour.
You may also use artificial tear drops like Refresh tear drops- as
dry eyes is common in laptop users.
Check the brightness of the display is good.
Check if the illumination in your room where you work with laptop is appropriate.
Check your eyes at least once a year.
Hope my answer helps you.
Wish you all good health.
