Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Banaja
I appreciate your concern.
cough, cold and nasal congestion is pointing to respiratory infection which is mostly viral in origin.give lots of fluids, warm water, rice water, vegetable soup.fruit juices.since she is 7 months old complementary feeding is to be done properly so that her immunity will built up.
for nasal congestion you can use saline nasal drops, give her steam inhalation. In case her symptoms does not not improve take her to pediatrician.
your daughter will be fine, god bless
