Infant Sick, Coughing, Sneezing And Fever. No Appetite. Sweating While Sleeping. Pneumonia?

My 8 month old baby has been sick for the past 1 week.
She coughs a lot, sneezes sometimes, has runny nose with some green goo in it and had a small fever. She also doesn't feel like eating or drinking milk as much.
She's rubbing her eyes at feedings. She doesn't have much energy. She sweats when sleeping. Her sweat is cold.
I took her to the doctors to check her ears, chest, eyes and throat. Se said its a virus she got. She's okay. Just give her some saline and Tylenol for her fever.
I'm worried. What if its pneumonia?
Her cold should have been gone by now.
