Infant Showing Different Behaviour To Normal, Coughing In Middle Of Night, Waking Up Crying. Should I Be Worried?

our 18month old baby has been measured at 35.5 degrees and is showing different behaviour to normal. she is coughing in middle of night over the past 4 days and is waking up crying and very hard to settle. tonight we have covered her up to try and warm her but her body temperature remains at 35.5 for last couple of hours? we have administored panadol about 2 hours ago and this has helped her sleep but not done anything to temperature. She was fine during the day time.

THIS IS REALLY A CONSTANT PROBLEM IN MANY INFANTS WHEN WE ADD EXTRA MILK IN ADDITION TO BREAST MILK
I WE ADD MILK AND DIARY TO CHILD HE STARTS WITH THIS PROBLEMS
CHILD NEED BREST FEED UPTO 2 YRS AND NO NEED OF MILK AFTER 2 YEARS
IF YOU HAV ADDED'
WITHDRAW THE MILK AND DIARY IMMEDIATELY YOU CN ADD FRUITS JUICES VEGETALES AND SOUPS
CHILD WILL RECOVER AND THE PROBLEM WONT BE REPEATED
THIS EPISODE WILL GO WITH THE MEDICINES GIVEN BY YOU IN 1 OR 2 DAYS AFTER WITHDRWAL OF EXTRA MILK AND DIARY
