Hi Dear

Welcome the platform of Health Care Magic.

Your child is not losing weight at all.But not adequately gaining.
According to the weight chart, Her weight is with in normal limits by her age.

Reason;
'Weaning' which means adding semisolid food is not yet started. This should have been done a lot up till now.
Weaning is recommended at the age of 4 to 6 months.

Please stop thinking of formula feeds.But Consider semisolids.

She is active, it means she is quite healthy and utilising her energy that she is getting from milk. This milk feed may be inadequate for her age. To gain some more weight she should be started with semisolids.

Hope the query is answered and is useful.

Thanks
