Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Both the modalities of test for Seizures have got their own limitations.MRI rules out structural problems in the brain. The EEG might come normal if at the time of investigation there is no seizure activity.

Would like to know whether Calcium studies were done ?
Whether Complete blood count were done ?
Whether he is on any antiepileptics drugs?

Your child definitely has seizures which might need treatment. What type of seizures they are you might need to discuss with the treating Doctor.
