Infant Having Pain While Passing Urine, Test Showed Presence Of Pus Cells

my kid is of 6 month, he is suffering of pain while passing urine . i did the urine test yesterday and below are the results 1. Colour : pale yellow with turbid 2. Reaction: Acidic 3. Specific Gravity : 1.025 Ph : 7.5 4. Albumin : Nil( Phosphate ) 5. Sugar : Nil 6. Bile Salts : Nil 7. Bile Pigments : Nil 8. Urobilinogen : Nil 9. Acetone : Negative 10. Blood : Negative 11. Nitrite : Negative 12.Leukocytes : Negative 13. Deposits : a. Pus Cellls 2 to 4/ HPF b. RBC to /HPF c. Epithelial Cells 2 to 3 HPF Amorphous, Phosphate, Crystals Seen

Hellow Mr Prabhakaran ,your kid must under go for urine culture and senstivity test and USG abdomen to further investigate in this case ,their may be small meatus of penis opening also so get cheeked by child specialist too .
