Infant Having Loose Motions, Stools With White Substance, Had Suffered From Cold, Cough Earlier. Normal?

My baby is 2 months old and he was sneezing and coughing for 2 days last week. My doctor checked and informed that there is no cold in his chest and since breast feeding is normal she said baby is normal. But he passed stools with some white substance the next day onwards for the past 5 days. Today he went on loose motion. Can you tell me is he fine

STOP TAKING ALL MILK PROTEINS AND DIARY PRODUCTS COMPLETELY
NO NEED TO GIVE MEDICINE BEFORE 2 YEARS OF AGE
AS THE BABY GROWS IMMUNITY WILL INCREASE AND THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM OF ANYTYPE
