General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! As the fever is persisting till today form Monday, I would suggest you to consult your paediatrician for a review of your baby, who may advise for a repeat blood tests which may not show anything initially, but may point towards some kind of infection as time passes. As she has developed the problem after some food ceremony, food borne infection also have to be kept in mind.
Wishing your daughter an early recovery.
