Infant Has Less Urination, Recurring Fever, Cough And Cold, Low Appetite, Reducing Weight. Help?

My son who is 19 months old. I have found following problems. 1. He urinates only 3 times a day. Is it normal. if it not, what I need to do 2. For last few weeks, he is not keeping well, on & off fever & cough & cold 3. He refuse to eat anything that we feed. Sometimes, he vomits. 4. I feel his weight is reducing. Please help

Hi
If oral intake is good in the form of food and water urine output will be good. For repeated fever and cough consult your pediatrician to find out the cause and proper treatment. And try to feed your child with patience and never force feed. If you force they will vomit. If there is weight loss consult your doctor to look into any other problems.
