Greenish Mucus stool is usually due to the child not able to digest the feed.It may be due to overfeeding .Pl see that you do not feed the child very frequently and feed the child at intervals and not more than every three hrs.If you are uncomfortable you may take out your milk with breast pump or squeeze it out so that your milk does not get infected.
