Infant Has Coughing And Sneezing, Not Congestion, A Tickle That Is Aggravating. Remedy?

My baby came back from his grandmas yesterday and has been coughing and sneezing since. He coughslre than sneezes. She has dog hair all over her floor and he s a 9 month old crawler. The cough doesn t sound congested, just like there s a tickle that s aggravating. How do I find out what it is, and if its hair how do I help him get it out?
