Infant Does Not Sleep, Grunts, Never Full, Spitting More, Loose Stools. Help

My six week old baby does not sleep day or night, grunts day and night, never seems full he is breastfeeding and has 2-3 bottles a day. He is also spitting up a lot more than usual no progectile vomit . Now he seems to have a lil looser than usual stools and has stringy mucous looking stuff in stool. Please help with all.

Infants sleep irregularly without continuous sleep. They take feeds, sleep ,wake up ,take feeds and sleep.
That grunting may be because of stridor due to laryngomalacia (loose cartilage in airways) and it is a benign condition and it will reduce as age increases.For loose stools give one probiotic and proper reconstitution of feeds and sterile feeding bottles should be rechecked
