Hi,

Skin color is genetically determined. At the newborn period the skin is delicate and hence appears red or dark due to blood capillaries vasoconstriction and vasodilation . However as the child grows the skin matures so the color of the baby would be evident by the time the child is 4 - 6 mths.

Ear color does not determine the final skin color. You are just getting worked up on the color of the skin .You should know that beauty is skin deep. However you could consult the dermatologist for further discussion.

Bye
Take Care.
