Infant. Cold, Cough, Fever. On Calpol Syrup, Relent And Nose Block. Safe Medication?

Dear Sir,

My son is 1month old .. Suffering from cold, cough & fever. We consulted pediatric & started giving him calpol syrup for fever (5ml 3 times) , Relent for cough & cold (2.5ml 3times) & nose drops for nose block(3times).

Doctor suggested us to continue for 5 days . Completed medicine of 1st day, Fever is slighty decreased & cough is still there. Need your guidance.

Hi,
Continue with medicine and gradually symptoms will be improved.
Afterwards if fever and cough continue he may require a course of antibiotic if your doctor thinks is essential to give.
