Indigestion, bloating, constant burping. Cure for these?

hi just wondered if you know what is wrong with me for a while now ive been suffering with indigestion type symptoms, bloating esp after eating feeling sick and constant burping but i feel its more then that i seem to go from being constipated and doing nothing to feeling really ill and then going very easy then it goes back to being constipated for days. nearly all of this seems to start once i get to bed even if i put my pillows up i still seem to get it.

Thanks for posting your query.
Have your blood glucose level tested to rule out diabetes as this can cause abdominal bloating, burping and constipation.
Take prokinetic medications for relief from abdominal bloating.
Eat high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids for relief from constipation.
If found to have high blood glucose, you need to get treated for that also.
