Increasing Middle And Upper Back Pain. Underwent A C-Section. Side Effects Of C-Section?

I had a c-section back in the beginning of march and ever since then I have had ever increasing middle to upper back pain and when I lay down flat on my back it hurts to breathe till my body adjusts to that position. I have also been under a lot of stress too since then. So I'm wondering if my pain is from stress or my c-section and what I should do about it

Hello,

Spinal anesthesia given during C section have cause back ache for upto 6 months to 1 year. But it will be mild and can be tolerated.

C section is most likely to cause abdominal pain due to post surgical adhesion. So back ache due to C section is unlikely.

Stress is a very likely cause back ache.
