Its really good that you hv already included exercise as a daily routine.
I hope 'diet' you mean eating wholesome food. You need to eat well and eat small meal every two hourly rather than having big meals and starve between them.
I will also suggest to add some suppements like protein,calcium,vit C,E and B complex and carotene
to improve nutrient balance and slow down ageing process .please consult your doctor for the same.
