Sexologist 's  Response
Hello Doctor
it is perfectly normal to have urge for sexual gratification . it is greatest in 20 's and may change with time. are you in a relationship of some kind? if you are, and doing sexual intercourse routinely , even then watching porn movies is fine to satisfy your desire. if you are not in a relationship, it may be time to have one . how is your mood most of time? if sad , lack of energy and have no feelings, disturbed sleep and appetite, not getting joy from anywhere, it is highly likely you have depressive disorder and what your friend has prescribed is appropriate indeed. try to move out, meet some old friends and a daily routine of walking and yoga also help. so have no regret for porn watching but move in to a relationship

Good Luck
