Increased heart rate after little exertion. Stress test normal. Should we get further check up done?

my son is training for football at the moment and his heart rate jumped to 200 after only a short period of time... it takes a long while for it to come back down and there has been an occasion where he almost fainted from it.. he has had stress tests from a cardiologist and it showed nothing..should we get it checked out further

NO. It is a physiological response to have high heart rate during exertion. Fainting may be because of exhaustion. Dont bother about your problem.
