Increased blood pressure, flushed feeling on lying down, headaches on waking. Causes for high BP?

Blood pressure always used to be 110/48 doc always made comment it being low now the past few days it has been 133/81 with flush feeling when i ly down and awake with headaches every morning. When I take a deep breath it feels like I am breathing throu a hole in my chest and uncomfortable I am 44 years old. Why is my blood pressure going up.

It will behelpful if give more details about:-
1. Your job profile.
2. Any recent change in your activitities.
3. Any medicine you are taking.
4. Whether you have started exercising?
5. Any recent stress?

Blood pressure of 133/81 is within normal range for your age group.
The cause of your symptoms seems to be due to sudden rise of blod pressure and it should be properly investigated.
You should get following investigations done :-
1. Lipid profile.
2. Thyroid profile.
3. Kidney Function Test.
4. Urine examination.

Doing yoga and meditation will be helpful to you.
Also get yourself clinically examined by your doctor.
Treatment, if needed can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
