Increased Vaginal Sweating.

It is normal that all the women have their own vaginal scent. As long as it’s their natural scent they recognize, it shouldn’t be a problem. But if you notice the smell is somewhat different than usual, this should be the issue. Perineal odor is caused by oils in sweat gland secretions, vaginal secretions and also if a woman has the urine leakage. All sweat gland secretions are the same components as urine so it’s not uncommon that the vulvar area sometimes smells like urine, which reminds of ammonia. Also, many of the food we eat have odorous oils that end up being secreted in sweat so the more fat we ingest- the more oil will be secreted! If you want to control the vaginal odor, you surely shouldn’t use any deodorant or gels or anything that could disturb the acidic balance of your vagina. You just keep it clean with mild soaps and of course, you should have a word with your gynecologist and ask him what exactly should you do to stop this sweating!

How to take care of acne? Good skin care can keep acne under control and at a mild level. * Wash the skin twice a day using a mild soap, especially after exercise. Avoid scrubbing the skin. Hard scrubbing of the skin is harmful because it irritates the openings of the oil glands and can cause them to be more tightly closed. * Avoid putting any oily or greasy substances on the face. Oily and greasy substances make acne worse by blocking oil glands. If unavoidable, use water-based cover-up cosmetics, and wash them off at bedtime. * Shampoo the hair daily. Avoid hair tonics or hair creams especially greasy ones. These substances spread to the face and aggravate the acne. * Avoid picking blackheads as this delays healing. In general, it is better not to "pop" pimples. * Exercise regularly and keep fit. * Don't stop the acne medicine too soon. It may take up to 8 weeks for a good response.
