Increase In Nipple Discharge, Stopped Periods, Cramps And Bleeding During Sex, Dizzy, Nausea, Sleepiness After Family Tragedy. Hormonal Imbalance?

7 months ago I experienced the loss of my husband and the grief I feel have caused a hormonal inbalance. Please see following.
Increase in nipple discharged. I've always had inverted nipples with discharge but more lately;
I had the mirena placed in me as my primary birth control in 2009 and have gotten my periods since. I stopped getting them 3 months ago but I constantly have menstrual cramps and bled during sex.
I get dizzy and nauseous very easily.
I cant drive for longer than 5 minutes without getting sleepy. But I sleep for 7 hours most of the time.

Please help

Hi, Getting menstrual cramps and bleeding during sex shows some changes in the uterus, or cervix.Breast changes may be secondary to it.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have PAP test, and ultrasound for diagnosis.
